These inserts work great with the pocket covers and AIO diapers.  These inserts hold approx. 2cups  each.   Made from a Burly knit Terry they are a very absorbant without being bulky.  Great for daytime use in pocket covers or behind the soakers in AIO'S for extrea absorbancy for those long car rides or over night protection.
